The Hollywood Women’s Club clubhouse was constructed in 1927 in a Classical Revival style of architecture. Located at 501 North 14th Avenue, at the corner of Fillmore Street in the lovely North Lake neighborhood, our clubhouse overlooks the golf course of the Hollywood Beach Country Club. Surrounded by a large, lush, lawn, this charming old building is registered as a National Historic Site
as well as a Hollywood Historical Landmark. This building is well known throughout the area as a center for civic and social events, and is cherished by members and neighbors alike.
The main party room, with beautiful hard wood floors and a grand piano, measures 1200 square feet and can accommodate approximately 80 people. Kitchen facilities are on site and adequate parking area is easily available.
Our clubhouse is available for rental to gentle people who understand and appreciate this type of environment.
RENTAL INFORMATION:
Rates: Monday -Thursday daytime or evening $175 for 5 hours
Saturday & Sunday daytime until 5pm $250 for 5 hours
Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening 6pm-11pm $400 for 5 hours
Holiday rates will vary.
Maximum occupancy of 80 people.
All quotes will include tax, cleaning fee and a refundable deposit of $250
HWC members will receive a 10% discount
The Club reserves the right to hire a security guard at an additional cost of $30/hr charged to the renter.
Chairs, tablecloths, dishes are included
Caterer's kitchen provided however no cooking or open flames allowed in the building.
